The company was founded in 1998 by Edward M. Zifkin, CCIM, a nationally-recognized industry leader. We evolved from a boutique brokerage and development company to a full-service retail and office firm with an impressive and growing client list. Today, we are agile enough to represent national retailers seeking market-wide expansion, yet small enough to represent a tenant.
